The Fit-Mate will help you achieve your weight goal by producing an individual exercise and diet plan to fit your needs. This test is based on your RMR (resting metabolic rate) whic is determined by measuringyour oxygen input and output. To test this, we place amask over your mouth and nose while you rest for 15 minutes.
The Fit-Mate Test
Expect this test to take about 30 minutes.
For 4 hours before the test:
* No Food
* No drink (other than water)
* No smoking
* No exercise
Wear comfortable clothes
